Debra Carnesecchi is the Practice Administrator at Gateway to Solutions, a private mental health practice in downtown New York City. As a senior operational leader, she oversees the administrative, financial, marketing, and systems infrastructure that supports the delivery of high-quality, accessible mental health care.

In her role, Debra manages all core practice operations, including client intake, insurance verification, billing and claims management, credentialing, and payer compliance. She ensures that administrative and financial systems operate efficiently, ethically, and in alignment with best practices in mental health care administration. Her oversight allows clinicians to focus on treatment while clients experience clear, responsive, and supportive care coordination.

Debra also leads Gateway to Solutions’ digital marketing, website management, and brand strategy. She supervises content development across social media platforms, manages SEO-driven website updates, oversees newsletters and blogs, and monitors performance analytics to strengthen the practice’s online visibility. Through consistent brand oversight and public relations initiatives, she helps position Gateway to Solutions as a trusted mental health resource in New York City.

In addition, Debra plays a key leadership role in staff recruitment, onboarding, and administrative training. She supports hiring processes, educates clinicians and staff on billing and operational workflows, and serves as a central resource for administrative guidance and problem resolution.

Known for her attention to detail, proactive communication, and strategic thinking, Debra is a trusted partner to the Founder and Clinical Director. Her leadership is essential to the practice’s growth, compliance, and long-term sustainability, ensuring that Gateway to Solutions continues to provide ethical, client-centered mental health services to the NYC community.
