WE ARE ALWAYS LOOKING FOR EXCEPTIONAL TALENT

Do you want to learn and grow from one of the top 1% of practices in the nation that consistently rates exceptionally high engagement, retention, and client success rates?   Gateway to Solutions, celebrating over 24 years of improving mental health, embraces a modern and interpersonal approach to emotional wellness.

GTS does things right; it embodies the gold standard of clinical care with practice procedures that are efficient and intentional.  We spend over 80%+ of our time doing what we are trained and love to do, helping people.  Administrative time is low and thoughtful; “just enough” notes and treatment plans, blogs, trainings, case presentations, and public relations.

GTS always seeks dynamic clinicians to join our team.  Our ideal candidate is highly driven, motivated, attentive to clients, a team player, compassionate, and eager to enhance their clinical skill sets.  We are looking for clinicians with strong clinical judgment and decision-making ability.  Still, most importantly, they are eager and willing to learn how to be the best therapist for their clients.

At GTS, you become part of our tight-knit GTS family.  Our Clinical Director and Founder, John P. Carnesecchi, ensures that our entire team feels part of the GTS culture through clinical, peer, and administrative supervision.  It is a three-pronged approach to success.  Our doors are always open for each other.  As a GTS team member, we encourage a positive, supportive, friendly, and fun environment.  We enjoy team gatherings at local restaurants, movies, holiday gatherings, and one of our favorites – massages by our GTS masseur.  We believe stepping out of the office element and embracing personal experiences while building our connections with colleagues is essential to being in a place you love to be.  “Private practice isolation,” aka “clinician isolation,” does NOT exist at GTS.

You will practice alongside a team of talented and engaging therapists who strive to stay on top of their game.  Everyone has a unique strength or “superpower” that they bring to the team.  We celebrate diversity at GTS!  Bring it on!  We constantly aim to build a sense of community amongst our clinicians so they feel supported in partnering with their clients to achieve their goals while creating a robust care plan.

To be considered, a remarkably detailed cover letter and resume that connects explicitly to the GTS mission, culture, website, blogs, media, and Google reviews is required.  Please don’t send us a generic cover letter.  A thoughtful, time-spent cover letter that speaks specifically to GTS will get our attention (:

We offer a very competitive salary, benefits, bonuses, and yearly continuing education in a beautiful, “class A” building environment that makes you proud to come to the office each day.

Thank you for your interest in GTS.  We look forward to hearing from you.
