How We Will Support You

Individual Psychotherapy
Individual therapy can support you in reaching goals or overcoming problems. GTS can help you understand and resolve issues in a confidential, caring and efficient manner. We will help you feel safe and supported while challenging you to grow and move past obstacles.

Gottman and Imago Couples Counseling
Figuring out what’s really going on in your relationship should be simple, but it’s not. Problems don’t just suddenly appear — they grow slowly over time, the product of small resentments and miscommunications that grow into a thick web that’s very difficult to untangle on your own. That’s where talking to the right professional can really help.

Family Therapy
Family therapy can be a wonderful experience where children and adults blossom. If there is unresolved conflict, hurt feelings, or tension in the household, psychotherapy like family therapy can help.

Group Therapy
In group therapy, approximately 6-10 individuals meet face-to-face with a trained group therapist. During the group meeting time, members decide what they want to talk about.

EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy is a structured, evidence‑based approach that helps people reduce the emotional distress caused by traumatic or strongly upsetting memories. Trauma can disrupt the brain’s natural way of processing and integrating experiences, which may lead to persistent emotional pain, unhelpful beliefs (“I’m unsafe,” “I’m unworthy”), or symptoms associated with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other concerns.

LGBTQ+ Affirmative Therapy
An LGBTQIA+ affirmative practice that understands and specializes in gender identity, sexual orientation, and minority stress theory. The team at GTS provides a positive, safe space for individuals to work through their challenges.
