Integrative, evidence-based therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges.
Anna brings a supportive, strengths-focused, and culturally sensitive approach to therapy. She believes that meaningful change begins with feeling safe, respected, and genuinely heard. Her style is collaborative and compassionate, helping clients better understand their experiences, recognize patterns, strengthen coping skills, and move toward greater emotional awareness and well-being.
Anna works with clients navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, family and relationship difficulties, major life transitions, and challenges related to work and professional life. She helps clients build on existing strengths and develop practical strategies to navigate challenges and create meaningful change.
She earned her Master of Science in Social Work from Columbia University. Her clinical training includes employee assistance programs, individual and couples counseling, psychiatric emergency care, and family support. Anna also brings extensive professional experience in organizational leadership, employee support, operations, training, human resources-related administration, benefits coordination, and compliance-oriented work.
Together, these experiences have given Anna a particular appreciation for how work, relationships, family responsibilities, culture, and the many roles people carry in everyday life shape mental health. Having helped build and manage organizations, she also understands the pressures that can accompany professional demands, caregiving, competing responsibilities, and major life changes.
Anna’s perspective is also shaped by her experience living and working across the United States and Asia. She values culturally responsive therapy and approaches each client with openness and respect for their personal, family, cultural, and social background.
Above all, Anna strives to create a supportive space where clients can speak openly about the challenges they are facing. She works alongside clients as they build healthier coping strategies, navigate change, strengthen relationships, and move toward lives that feel more grounded, connected, and meaningful.
