Integrative, evidence-based therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges.

Sabrina is a warm, knowledgeable therapist who builds strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Sabrina creates a comfortable, nonjudgmental environment that helps clients feel safe exploring and processing their experiences. She strives to provide support and guidance to help clients better understand themselves and develop the skills needed to improve emotional regulation and build successful, fulfilling interpersonal relationships.

Sabrina has a passion for working with adolescents and adults facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, OCD, self-esteem concerns, interpersonal issues, and life transitions. Sabrina takes a holistic approach to examining a client’s background and life experience, believing this is essential to creating care tailored to their needs.

Sabrina values client input and believes in a collaborative approach between therapist and client. She aims to make all clients feel heard and understood through validation while also helping them to challenge beliefs that may be holding them back.

Sabrina received her undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut and her Master of Social Work degree at New York University. She uses an eclectic approach, drawing from modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), psychodynamic therapy, and attachment-based work. She often uses a strengths-based, relational approach, believing that a client’s relationship with themselves and others is the foundation for therapeutic progress.

Sabrina has received advanced training in professional mental health practice and clinical documentation. She is committed to ongoing professional growth and regularly participates in advanced continuing education to stay current with emerging research and evidence-based treatment approaches. Her goal is to help clients better understand themselves, develop helpful coping skills, strengthen their interpersonal relationships, and reach their therapeutic goals to create meaningful change.
